It is for the first time I have seen such an organization/institution/business providing digital tools for non-profit organizations for free...

There are many big enterprises/companies/businesses working in the digital area which do not any discount for non-profit organizations....

Good for you, Monday.com! God bless your staff!

Although my organization was selected among the eligible ones to get the grant and failed to access the application form/questions, I must give credit to the work they do, I have referrals that received the grants and it's helping a number of NPOs transforming their methods of work and transacting daily activities using digital software.

Accepting my organization to apply, it's unimaginable, that supports orphans and vulnerable children to access basic technology skills...was a wonderful moment in life!

    THANKS.

    What is the Software Grant?
    4 months ago Updated
Digital Lift's first grant offering is a software grant with the purpose to provide up to $1,000 per nonprofit for eligible requests.

What is the objective of the grant?
The objective of the initial grant offering is to assist nonprofits by removing the cost barrier to bringing new SaaS (software as a service) platforms to their nonprofits. We want to contribute to overall digital transformation beyond monday.com licenses. Digital Lift wants to give grants to those nonprofits who may not be able to afford the software without our assistance.

Can an organization submit more than one application per year?
Organizations can apply for one grant per grant cycle. In the case that we offer more than one grant cycle per year, organizations can apply for a future grant.

Can an organization apply for a combination of grant funding, product credits and volunteer support?
Yes, organizations can apply for a combination of grant funding, monday.com licenses, and volunteer support. For example, if you have free monday.com licenses your organization can still be eligible for grant funding.

If my organization is not selected once, can I apply again in the future?
Yes, an organization can apply again if a requested grant was previously denied. Please note, you must meet our eligibility criteria.

What/how much will be awarded? Is there a maximum amount to a grant offer?
At this time, up to $1,000 USD per nonprofit per year is to be used towards a SaaS product.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the grant?
The grant should be used for SaaS technology and the specific purpose stated in the grant application. A receipt proof of purchase must be shared in order to receive full grant funds.

Who will evaluate the proposals, and when will I know the outcome of the review?
A committee of Digital Lift employees will evaluate the proposals and share results with the contact person listed on the application.

What are the application evaluation criteria?
The application is evaluated on multiple criteria including the organization’s proposed use case, impact this technology would have on the organization, clearly defined goals, and comprehensive proposal responding to the application questions.

What is considered a SaaS product?
SaaS products are a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. SaaS products can include, but are not limited to services such as Slack, Calendly, DocuSign, ZenDesk and Dropbox.

    What is the expected timeline?
Being approved for Digital lift: up to 14 business days
Reviewing your grant request: up to 21 business days
Grant payment: up to 21 business days (from getting all the needed documents/links from the organization)
Once you make the purchase, you must provide a receipt with the purchase of your SaaS
subscription including the total amount of purchase, date of purchase, and proof that this account is from the nonprofit approved to receive the full grant amount.
Receipts must be in the name of the NGO and cannot be purchased by an individual’s form of payment.
When can I purchase the software?
Software must be purchased within the calendar year 2022.

    Disclaimers
monday.com may determine an organization’s qualification to receive a grant at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant or deny an organization’s application, or not to provide any grant at all, at any time, for any reason, and to supplement or amend our eligibility guidelines at any time.
