Digital Lift's first grant offering is a software grant with the purpose to provide up to $1,000 per nonprofit for eligible requests.
What is the objective of the grant?
The objective of the initial grant offering is to assist nonprofits by removing the cost barrier to bringing new SaaS (software as a service) platforms to their nonprofits. We want to contribute to overall digital transformation beyond monday.com licenses. Digital Lift wants to give grants to those nonprofits who may not be able to afford the software without our assistance.
Can an organization submit more than one application per year?
Organizations can apply for one grant per grant cycle. In the case that we offer more than one grant cycle per year, organizations can apply for a future grant.
Can an organization apply for a combination of grant funding, product credits and volunteer support?
Yes, organizations can apply for a combination of grant funding, monday.com licenses, and volunteer support. For example, if you have free monday.com licenses your organization can still be eligible for grant funding.
If my organization is not selected once, can I apply again in the future?
Yes, an organization can apply again if a requested grant was previously denied. Please note, you must meet our eligibility criteria.
What/how much will be awarded? Is there a maximum amount to a grant offer?
At this time, up to $1,000 USD per nonprofit per year is to be used towards a SaaS product.
Are there any restrictions on the use of the grant?
The grant should be used for SaaS technology and the specific purpose stated in the grant application. A receipt proof of purchase must be shared in order to receive full grant funds.
Who will evaluate the proposals, and when will I know the outcome of the review?
A committee of Digital Lift employees will evaluate the proposals and share results with the contact person listed on the application.
What are the application evaluation criteria?
The application is evaluated on multiple criteria including the organization’s proposed use case, impact this technology would have on the organization, clearly defined goals, and comprehensive proposal responding to the application questions.
What is considered a SaaS product?
SaaS products are a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. SaaS products can include, but are not limited to services such as Slack, Calendly, DocuSign, ZenDesk and Dropbox.
What is the expected timeline?
- Being approved for Digital lift: up to 14 business days
